Biker_dudeAny of you suffer from sciatica?
OP here. I consulted my orthopedist who said the symptoms present more like Sacroiliitis and gave me a Prednisone dose pack and I'm on day 4 of a 6 day dose. It's already helped a good bit.
Thanks for all the advice.

Rob DeckerStretch a bunch and find a pro to teach you how to stretch properly.
There was a time that I went to the chiropractor three times a week and did in-gym physical therapy three times a week. That eventually got rid of it and continued fitness kept it away.
Once you're healed up and managing your pain...start a regular fitness routine: running, rower, elliptical, core work, lower body strength training. You don't have to turn yourself into a Navy SEAL or something but you do need to move and train your body at the very least three times a week if you want this problem to stay away.
I feel great when I maintain the discipline to work out. When my discipline fails and life gets in the way I'll be OK for a little while...and then the pain will start to come back, and I'll have to work three times as hard as my normal routine to get back to good.

L90814This. 45 degree angle for five minutes, a few times a week for a couple of weeks.
