If it's gotta go, lets go to seven!

Man when I was a kid in high school we used to skip a few days around May and early June and ride the train into South Station. From there we would hit the T and ten bucks later we would be in the bleachers. This was back before the Sox won and the bleachers were empty except for us scoundrals heckeling the visiting team lol.

Gotta love the Sox!

18 freakin' innings! I was too tired and fell asleep at 14 and didn't hear the outcome until this morning. I was bummed the Sox didn't pull it out.

Quite the comeback tonight.

Is it just me, or does Kimbrel look like Richie Cunningham with a beard?

What a comeback. I was out and didn’t turn the game on till the 7th when it was 4-0 Dodgers. I almost turned it off.

IMO, it’s now over. This has got to be a soul crushing loss for the Dodgers. Even if they win tomorrow, I don’t see them taking 2 in Boston.

Game 4, top of the 9th was tied at 4... with a final of 9-6 Boston...

...I guess they REALLY didn't want to go into extra innings again tonight. Wink

It warms my heart as a Giant's fan, to witness the anguish and frustration the Doyers are going through. Cool

Hell yea!

I still have my mom's Impossible Dream record, I grew up listening to it on the old Zenith.

Yaz was a favorite of mine but when I played little league Jim Rice was in left. I wore his number in little league. I was at the stadium when Yaz retired in '83. One of the last games I went to with my dad. I may enjoy football but the Red Sox are America to me!

LET'S GO RED SOX!

Dave Roberts got a whole lotta explaining to do about his pitching choices tonight.

What a game though!

Machado: 0-4 tonight with 3 strike outs, including the final out.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
