Yeah, I'm sure she's gone, but what I meant was that he did offer her a way out even though she knew who he was and what he has done, so that may mean that he did allow those who has seen him, live. She may not have seen him kill with her own eyes, but she knew.

Based on what Carson Wells said:

I am sure Mrs. Moss was made a corpse by Chigurh. Either she called the toss wrong or refused to play, either of those conditions are grounds for death in Chigurh’s world.

The kids did not see Chigurh commit any homicides or felonies and they helped him. I do not think Chigurh was inclined to kill them.

The accountant though… I think compelling arguments could be made either way, but I think he was not killed. My reasoning (such as it is) would be that if Chigurh wanted to kill him he would have just done it after he ventilated Steven Root’s character without bothering to speak to him.

He killed her. This was abundantly clear in the book for anyone who read it.

Again, my point is that he still offered someone a chance to live despite the victim knowing what he has done and who he was. And again assuming that if she did the coin toss and won, that he honored the win.
