Congratulations to both you and your wife.

25 years is a very long time. It takes an immeasurable amount of commitment on both persons’ part. It’s not easy, but man, it sure is worth it.

I know what you mean when you say you can’t imagine life without her. It’s something I think of a lot.
I think once you have been together for so long, at some point it is less of you and her, but it becomes you, her, us. Where you have been together for so long, that you truly have grown together.
While each may still retain their own identity, there is the part that becomes entwined, and that part seems to grow with every passing year. That is something I have noticed in my marriage.

Congratulations to you both. I have the same feelings towards my wife of 42 years. She also has genetics on HER side.

Mazel Tov!

My wife and I have been together for 49 years, married for 44. She is my counselor, my confidant, my advisor, and my best friend. An amazing woman, friendly, courteous, and respectful to everyone she meets. (Deadly, with her .357 Magnum revolver, too).

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Congratulations! It’ll be 32 years for Mrs 12GA and I on Thursday. Marriage isn’t always easy, but the rewards are surely worth it.
