Eat a piece of cheese, give her a piece of cheese, eat another piece of cheese while wrapping her HW pill in a piece of the cheese and hand it over.

Watch carefully until her piece of cheese is gone, retrieve the discarded HW pill off the floor before it gets too soft to manipulate, assertively hold her still with one hand, pill her with the other,
watch to be sure its not yakked back on the floor, then give her another piece of cheese, pat her on the head, saying "Good dog,"

and eat the last piece of cheese as your reward for completing the task.
