Honestly, as someone who spent 23 years in the Navy, who cares? That right is something I fought for and, most importantly, the NFL doesn't have a rule for spectators at the game to stand respectfully and face the flag during the National Anthem. The NFL DOES have that rule for the teams yet chooses not to [publicly] enforce it. That I have a problem with. Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. SF did a couple of mass end zone celebrations when they got their lead in the second half and when they made an interception. In one photo I count 18 players massed for the celebration. Should that have been a penalty, or can any number of players be on the field before an extra point and during a possession change? You really look like dipshits when you celebrate like you won the Super Bowl prematurely, and then lost. | |||

The NFL has gotten a lot of crap recently (deservedly so) but I will give credit where credit is due. Mahomes has done a lot of good charity work and seems to be a pretty positive role model. Good to see. Strive to live your life so when you wake up in the morning and your feet hit the floor, the devil says "Oh crap, he's up." | |||
