I like these bars. I'm still not able to do more than 15 per set but the wrists aren't hurting. I'm doing two variants still - one that stresses the triceps, one that stresses the chest. While I still can't do more than 10-15 reps per set, I'm able to do more sets per day now - around 4-5 sets. I'm trying to get to 100 pushups per day. Thanks for the recommendation! Buy some forearm straps. I use these ever day I lift for the same reasons. No forearm pain. Trust me this is an age thing. I can skip using them for a day or two.
