This is very reminiscent of the "Jaywalking" segment on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He asked one girl about this one's age, "In what country did the French Revolution take place?" and she answered, "… England?"
Poor thing must have a lot of opportunities to lay there staring at the moon to come to such a earth shattering conclusion. Must of gotten it from her mum.

Using small words, just slowly explain to her that the moon cannot be larger than the earth, because you can cover the moon with your thumb when you hold your hand out but you can't do that with the earth.

I didn't realize that it was larger than the Earth though. I'm not sure That I believe that though.
After watching the video, and giving it careful consideration, I formulated a scientificale test. I went outside and held up a CD at arms length and it completely covered the Moon.
Conclusion:
The Moon is smaller than a CD. A CD is smaller than the Earth. The Earth is larger than the Moon.
I guess that that also proves that the Moon landing was FAKE.
