I'm looking for a solution to carry my phone during work. 70% of the day is either riding a mower or driving so a belt clip isn't going to work. I break them or the phone falls off and that's no good. If it falls under the mower deck, bye-bye iPhone. I was going to try an armband but that seems obtrusive and bulky. It may work, not sure. Any ideas?

I use a belt case, not a clip. The belt runs through 2 loops and stays on you. There is a belt clip too but I don't use it. Something like this. https://www.amazon.com/Bomea-i...id=1590756388&sr=8-2 Sometimes, you gotta roll the hard six

I know you said using a belt holster doesn’t work for you because they break....try these guys. Leather and pretty much bulletproof. I’ve broken just about any belt holster I’ve ever tried until these. They’re also made in the USA....so major bonus points there. I’ve always done the horizontal holsters like the one I’m linking. Looks like they make them for damn near any phone out there as well. You can find them on Amazon too. https://www.turtlebackcase.com...mium-bonded-leather/

You could go with the freetrain phone vest. I can see how it would be pretty good. To me, it seems a hell of a lot better than an armband. https://freetrain.com/products...vPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds The “lol” thread

When I run I use a small fanny belt like this. It's not easy to get the phone in and out but in minimal and works for running. I would look at a small hip belt that you can easily slide it in or out. hip belt _____________________________________ Because in the end, you won’t remember the time you spent working in the office or mowing your lawn. Why not just keep it in your pocket, and use a Apple watch or similar smart watch for most basic tasks (texts/calls/etc.)? If you're worried about it falling out of your pocket, you could look into pants/shorts with zippered pockets, or cargo pockets with secured flaps. Or keep the phone in a fanny pack when on the mower.

Not allowed in my work area. No personal electronic devices for security reasons. When I’m about, I use an inner cargo pocket in my thigh cargo pocket. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I got an iWatch for my wife a few years back and she is addicted to, mostly for calls.

Given what you do for a living: If a front pocket wouldn't work, I'd look for something that fully covers the phone securely--either a belt-mounted case or an armband case. A belt-mounted case with a magnetic catch might be ideal. I had one of those for one of my phones in the past and it was terrific. I've carried my smart phones in my left front pocket for many years. I second the vote for an Apple Watch to pair with your phone. Saves having to fish out the phone for incoming calls you don't want. Also handy for quickly acknowledging text messages.
Oddly enough, it's not called an "iWatch." Turns out the name was already trademarked in the U.S. and Europe. "America is at that awkward stage. I wear Carhartt Pocket Tshirts. Phone fits nicely and is right there when I need it. I’m lucky that I can dress comfortably for work.

Cargo pants/shorts. Buttoned or velcro pockets and plenty of them. It's all I buy nowadays.

I carry 2 phones at work...a work phone and my personal phone. Both are in otterbox cases, and both go in the right cargo pocket of my BDU pants.

I use a nylon holster from Simple Be for my phone anytime I'm wearing a belt. I have three of them. Simple Be The Answer 500 https://www.simple.be/answer/500 十人十色

As others have stated - my phone lives in my left front pocket and I wear an Apple watch. I also use Airpods when working around the house. Between the watch and the Airpods I rarely need to take my phone out of my pocket. “Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.” - John Adams

Air Pods, for Mark, would probably be a non-starter. Even if he's not otherwise wearing hearing protection, IME Air Pods often don't stay put very securely. The next thing you know, there's one of your Air Pods laying on the floor. "America is at that awkward stage. He would definitely need to try them out and see how they fit for him. I use them around the farm, dragging and bush hogging bumpy, hilly pastures, fixing fences, etc and also while walking/running and never had one fall out, but I do know that some people have an issue as it's an individual fit thing. I haven't tried the new noise canceling Airpods yet, I wonder if they would provide sufficient protection? “Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.” - John Adams

These are great! Made in the U.S.A. Not expensive. If one of their listed sizes is not right for your phone, they give measuring instructions and custom make your size at no additional cost. I like the open top model, but for riding on a mower you might like the model with the velcro-secured flap. הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים
