I saw the math error as well but figured it wasn’t as important as the fact that big pharma is losing its monopoly of being the only source I hope other states follow suit.

Hey dipshit, what happened to the democRat mantra "my body, my choice"? _________________________________________________________________________ “A man’s treatment of a dog is no indication of the man’s nature, but his treatment of a cat is. It is the crucial test. None but the humane treat a cat well.” -- Mark Twain, 1902
Hey dipshit, what happened to the democRat mantra "my body, my choice"?
Only when it comes to killing babies, when it comes to helping people get/stay healthy that is gubermint business. How ironic whomever threw in the obligatory "protect the children" cliché. Mongo only pawn in game of life...

It's worse than that, because there is so much intentional untruth in their position. Their position is completely political, so they lie, knowing people will suffer and die. All because TDS. In contrast to other issues where there is a belief related to the issue which drives their position. We can at least have discussions and try to change opinions when the other side isn't irrational.

Idaho's Governor Brad Little signed a bill on April 14 2025 that made Ivermectin over-the-counter legal without prescription or consultation in Idaho. The problem was/is actually getting it from typical chain drug stores like Walgreens, etc that the majority of people use because they weren't set up to distribute it since they operate stores in states that don't allow it.

Yeah I am sure that will be an issue. When I last had COVID and found a doctor who was willing to prescribe Ivermectin, that is what they warned me of was that I would have to next find a pharmacy willing to fill the prescription. I was pleasantly surprised that my local Walgreens said they would fill it and that is when the pharmacist told me I should get it at a compound pharmacy to only have to take one pill instead of several from them due to the dosage amount. The compound pharmacy was willing and able to fill it. So at least in my area, I don’t see an issue with getting it. NRA Benefactor Life Member

A long time ago I was professionally involved with a pharmaceutical drug's FDA approval that came into a somewhat similar conflict as has Ivermectin. The legal loop hole that came close to be invoked by the large pharma outfit's attorneys was that the FDA's authority and control of a drug's distribution came only via the "Interstate Commerce Clause" of the U.S. Constitution. Hence, were a drug produced within a state and sold only within that state then the FDA had no authority to prohibit its sale therein. As the drug had great sales potential the pharma company was seriously considering initially producing and selling that drug within its home state(Illinois) to prove the drug's viability, effectiveness safety etc, and to outflank the FDA. However, the legal test of that theory never came about so I can't say whether it was a viable argument. Nor do I know if it has been tried subsequently by another company or perhaps other how established by legal authorities. If that is the case though then the marijuana/cannabis industry would be the most likely protagonist as the FDA seems to have simply rolled over on that hot political potato. I left the pharma R&D biz about 50 years ago, so some of what's legal in it and elsewhere has subsequently changed, for sure, much of it seemingly to me not for the better. For closure, the drug I was involved with was approved(not long after I moved on to another industry) and then a year or more later yet it came into a safety conflict with a popular radiology contrast agent and sales simply withered though it may still be available, IIRC.

I don’t think the doctor is the problem but, rather, the medical insurance industry. "It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

My mom plans to take the same drug combination as you are doing. I saw you can get Fenbedazole from Walmart. I ordered it to see that it comes. NRA Benefactor Life Member
