Expert308Must have been difficult, intercepting an anchored ship. Seriously though, three questions come to mind.
1. Is it possible to determine where any oil in its tanks came from?
2. If it is Russian, do these sanctions carry any weight of law regarding consequences for their violation?
3. Just to play devil's advocate, how does transporting crude oil constitute a "serious offense against French and European Security"?
