jljonesTime for a mutiny in these over reaching states?
People need to decide which side of this they want to be on. This is no longer about a virus where over 99 percent survive, closures, or masks.

Murphy seems to be threatening arrests today if the gym owners open again, and his threat apparently extends to gym members as well who choose to use the gym. These governors need a huge smackdown. They are literally acting like kings. Murphy says he won't tolerate the gym opening again. "These are rules!" he says. POS. When did the legislature pass a law saying the gym can't open? When did the governor sign that legislation? Unamerican douchebag
Good luck today if you hit the iron again.
Thanks Balze. I’ll be going around 11am. Keep ya all updated. Hopefully people and certain media keep showing up in case Murphy decides to make things interesting.

lizardman_uOregon was fully open with no restrictions for about 12 hours yesterday. A lawsuit brought against the Governor in Oregon Circuit Court was won by the churches which caused all executive orders signed after 28 March to be null and void.
Unfortunately the Governor couldn't live with losing and took the matter on appeal to the Oregon Supreme Court where a stay has been put on the ruling until both sides have turned in arguments no later than 22 May.
The original lawsuit was to stop the executive orders due to infringements of the 1st Amendment and also the Governor not following rule of law as set forth in the Oregon Constitution since after 28 days she by law was supposed to send any further orders to close the state through a legislative session.

It may have started about the virus (maybe), but it quickly surpassed that. Almost time to roll but my prediction remains about time to pull back, evaluate, and refine the game plan of about how much harder they can press next time.

Jimbo JonesBravo Oregon. This ruling and recent Wisconsin one
It looks like the ground is shrinking under the feet of these left wing miniature dictators. I look forward to it continuing...

RAMIUSAt Atilis Gym now. It’s not every day you see citizens get threatened with summonses by police for standing in a public lot.

jljonesToday I noticed more and more lefties saying things like “If you don’t like a mask, you really won’t like a ventilator”.
Queen Andy then commands us to stop “politicizing” the mask issue.
Even with their doctored statistics, the argument doesn’t hold water.

tleo205Was glancing at headlines and it looks like protests in Kentucky are getting interesting. Did not read the article (it was CNN and don't want to give them the clicks or read their biased slant) but it said that protestors hung the Kentucky governor in effigy.

braillediverThis was enlightening in it showed the Media questioning the merits of lawsuits challenging Gov. Inslees Stay-at-Home orders not whether the orders themself were legal.
They quote another politician Not the State Constitution to establish their claims.

Do lawsuits challenging Gov. Inslee's stay-home order have legal merit?

Il Cattivo^^^ The same was true in the case of the Governor of Michigan in that all the court refused the plaintiffs was a court prohibition on the lockdown extension going into effect until after the matter is heard in court. The press will habitually treat these court decisions as somehow being definitive decisions on the merits, but they're not - they're really just preliminary procedural decisions, even if (or "unless", if you prefer) they result in a case not being heard.

RightwireOur governor demands that we all stay home. For some reason she decided to open the UP and northern lower Michigan. But still told us do not flock to northern Michigan and infect everybody.

YooperSigsThe Evil Queen "opened" the Yoop all right. Most restaurants are closed because they cant alter their seating to create distance. Our hotels are nearly empty. No Memorial Day parades or events.
And these vehicle parades where everyone drives by the nursing homes or a kids birthday party? Pathetic and sad.
I went to one of my favorite family run restaurants late Monday to see if they were in operation. Big sign on the door telling me I had to wear a mask any time I was not seated at a table. I did not go in. Any business that treats me like the Yooper version of Typhoid Mary wont get a dime from me.

Cousin VinnieHopefully you closet democrats realize when you keep voting for democrats, this is the type of BS you get! The democrat party continues to be a cancer to America and a threat to the people. Are you seeing what a democrat run society actually looks like? These socialist, marxist want to control every aspect of your life!

shovelheadSpeaking of the "Evil Queen", are you impressed that she is going to get to the bottom of the dam failure the other day? Find out who is responsible?
Wonder if the administration will handle this as well as the Flint water crisis prosecutions? You know, the ones that our AG dropped and stated that new cases would be filed. Wonder who they got close to that pulled some strings to drop the original cases that were filed under the Snyder administration?
The Dems sure played up to Flint residents during the campaign. Then kicked to the curb. Reminds me of the meme of Christine Blasey Ford and the moving car.

YooperSigsI believe that lawsuits are already being filed about the dam failures, citing that maintenance and structural problems had been reported to the state for years and nothing was done.
Oh... the State of Michigan has 1K+ dams, mostly privately run or operated.
Number of inspectors employed by the state to ensure dam safety: Two.
And I have very little about the dam failure, media wise, the past couple of days. Fell right off the radar.
