Sounds like a good pairing. I saw a headline somewhere about Oreo cookies with Reese’s peanut butter. Looked for it in the local market but couldn’t find it. Any try it yet? Sounds like a winner.

If desperate, you could get some of Oreo "Thins" and make peanut butter sandwiches out of them....

I loved making fresh peanut butter cookies as a kid with my mom.

Apparently my local stores have them.

This getw my vote. The making fresh cookies part. Not so much w/ someone else's mom.
Cookies are not rocket science. Just a bit of kitchen science and you know what goes into them.

They are in stock at every grocery store that I have been to, in this area, except Aldi. My wife likes them, so I get them for her.

Oreo/Reeses pairings (both Reeses with Oreo touches, and Oreos with Reeses-style peanut butter) are coming this fall. Official, real Mondelez (i.e. Nabisco) Oreos and Hershey's Reeses, not knockoffs.

From Friday's WSJ article "Oreos Combined With Reese’s? Inside the Manhattan Project of Snacks."
quote:
The results of the snack diplomacy are slated to hit supermarket shelves this fall.

The companies are betting that their new products will be especially appealing to younger consumers who enjoy brand collaborations and favor foods with multiple textures and more complex flavors.

Inside the Oreo, the light brown filling squashed between two chocolate wafers resembles the shade found at the middle of a traditional Reese’s cup.

The collaborative cups, meanwhile, feature an even top-to-bottom split between the white Oreo cream and the brown Reese’s chocolate, with chunks of Oreo crumble sprinkled within the usual peanut butter filling. Hershey is marketing both traditional and mini-sized cup versions.

I think I would try a spoon full of Jif on top of an Oreo.
Jif would be better than Nabiscos peanut butter.
I could maybe eat two!! And that's one too many.
