Shaking hands does have the advantage of feeling more formal, but I regularly use the nod, reverse ‘sup nod, and one handed waive as non-physical greetings. If my moms gets sick, I’m probably screwed though, since she gets full-on bear hugs when I see her!

Every month at work they put out a "safety brief" that everyone in my crew is suppose to read, then sign. I put it out today for everyone to pretend to read and sign.. it was about hand washing hygine and the spread of germs during "cold and flu season". (not wanting to scare about you know what)

The irony of having some 30 people use the same pen and handle the same clipboard to do so was not lost one me. Roll Eyes

Actually, I think this just might have some merit. At least until a vaccine is available.
