Awesome! Everybody should grill/smoke a tomahawk ribeye once.

I reversed seared one to a perfect medium rare on my BGE while living in Calgary. You couldn't wipe the grin off my face while I was smoking, searing, or eating that big sum bitch.

These were a little over 8 lbs for the pair. A little cowboy coffee rub, a good grillin, and they were great!

Situation awareness is defined as a continuous extraction of environmental information, integration of this information with previous knowledge to form a coherent mental picture in directing further perception and anticipating future events. Simply put, situational awareness mean knowing what is going on around you.
