Varies a little bit by style in my experience (UA Heatgear vs Coldgear) but I've been wearing compression shirt / shorts every work day (and most days off) for at least 15 years and I've never had an issue. I'm 6'2". Casual, business casual, business formal, all day. Funny thing, about the only time I go for the loose fit shirts is when I'm actually working out. |

| Hi guys, Thanks again for all the feedback. Appreciate it. I stopped by my local sporting goods store and picked up a couple (white and gray) UA HeatGear Sleeveless tops to try out. I got size XL. I'm wearing one right now under a tshirt. Definitely makes the tshirt feel different. They're exactly what I was looking for. Form-fitting and slick yet I don't feel like a compressed sausage. And it makes a difference in comfort carrying IWB. The length is great I don't see them riding up at all throughout the day. If these work out well I'll pick up several more at the UA Outlet if/when they go on sale. The outlet price is currently the same as I can find anywhere else online or in-store. Chris

Thanks for the tip, tatortodd. Yes, I am new to moisture wicking clothing. We never use fabric softeners in the washing machine. We do use Bounce dryer sheets, though. But I don't intend to put these in the dryer anyway so I think I'll be good.

No need for a man girdle. But I'm liking the slick/no bulk feeling when compared to typical undershirts.
