In my experience, mostly home bound senior's tend to over think or drastically under think many aspects of daily life.

Their governor gets out of calibration when it comes to stuff like this.

Trained social workers know how to phrase the exchanges so that the old folks are not defensive , apprehensive or somehow provoked.

Three of the old folks here allow me to assist them , another three are way careful about getting too dependant.
