Been doing that for 15 years or more. I’ve recently cut out milk because I suspect that I’ve developed an allergy that makes my throat feel tight and causes crazy post nasal drip.
Wow. Nothing that serious yet. Right now, just bloating. But not all dairy I don’t think. Cheese and ice cream and yogurt seem okay.

CopefreeAlmond milk .. my wife got me using this a couple years ago and I love the stuff. I only use it for cereal but it's damn good.
We buy the unsweetened kind.

Lactose intolerance and dairy allergy are two different things.January 10, 2021, 06:31 AM
Pipe SmokerI like “Silk Soy Milk Unsweet” with a good shot of Cholula Green Pepper hot sauce. Quite tasty! Low in calories too.
Serious about crackers. January 10, 2021, 06:32 AM

Alan- I just dont care about what you think about soy milk turning men into getting loaded with excess estrogen. You are just regurgitating old, discredited , and ignorant info, and trying to pass it off as "the truth".
If you think you can, YOU WILL!!!!!

Look up the local dairy companies near you and search for Acidophilus Milk. It's also called "fermented milk".
When you eat cheeses or yogurt the fermentation process naturalized the lactic acid. this type of milk is fermented to destroy the acid, then probiotics are added back in to maintain the balance of the milk.

SIG4EVAI would avoid soy as a man. Pseudo estrogen. I generally mix coconut and almond milk. Cashew is good too.

The Fairlife milk gives me no problems. However, it is expensive, and I feel like it’s almost too sweet. Almond milk is good stuff.

konata88Thanks guys. Still not sure what to try. Probably will try all suggestions. But fairlife sounds most appealing. This is for drinking, cereal, and making eggs. Can’t see soy or almond milk going well with omelette making. May need more bacon to offset.

Hey, all I was doing was making an insensitive joke about the stereotypical effeminate Asian male in regards to your evidence that soy products don't turn men into effeminate males...with tender-loving, soft boobies.
Couldn't care less if people consume soy or not. The verdict on it is still out I'd say. And since I have no good reason to ever touch the stuff, I don't.

bobandmikakoMy wife can't drink regular milk due to the lactose but has no problem with Fairlife. I started drinking Fairlife skim milk when I first noticed it on the shelves and like the taste of it better than regular milk. I'd try Fairlife before some type of nut milk.

229DAKI mix unsweetened almond and oat milk 50/50 for my cereal and we use it in cooking & baking. It also has a longer shelf life than plain milk. Still use half-n-half for coffee.

BB61Almond milk is much better. Don't get the low sugar version as it is nasty. I prefer Walmart's and Winco's store brands the best. But Silk's dark chocolate is like a chocolate milkshake and the best of the chocolate brands.

Bob RIMy wife switched to almond milk and likes it. I see lots of it in the market so it must be popular for a reason.

the HudgeTry oat milk.
Most soy consumed in Asian cultures is fermented. This has been known to remove the estrogens from the soy.
