Both the inch and metric ratcheting sets arrived today. Any suggestions for how to store all these monsters? Hang em on a wall?

I bet they would look nice on a peg board with vinyl cutout shadows. I don't have a tool box that's big enough to lay them out, so mine will probably have to live on some harbor freight wrench racks.

I've seen wrench racks that look like key hangars...a strip of wood mounted to the wall with short pegs coming out.

If you've got a table saw, this seems easy enough to make:

Thanks, that organizer looks pretty straight forward. I’ve got some plastic racks of that style that I use for a couple of smaller wrench sets, but these Wiha sets are going to need some beefy racks to handle the weight.

Just got my non-ratcheting sets.

I may have underestimated how big these suckers are.

It's bordering cartoonish.

My wrenches just arrived this morning at my office. I had the boy take them down and put them in my pickup, so I can't comment of quality yet. The box was shredded and one of the items was sticking partially out, so I'm just glad all the items are there.

I'll look at them this evening and provide a comment. I already own wiha tools though, and have used them a fair amount. I have had zero complaints and they hold up in quality against my snap-on, mac, and SK hand tools. I have no doubt the wrenches will be good replacements for my late 90's set of craftsman wrenches, which will get pulled from one box and put into a travel kit for my pickup.

Finally unpacked mine last night. Wow. Not sure what I'll ever use some of the larger metrics for, no room for them in standing tool chest, but considering laying them around the house as a backup weapon. Holy SHIT these things are robust.

Looking at other pieces now to fill in the "gaps" in sizes that I suddenly have. Of course I've got every size needed thanks to my dad's hand me downs, but not like this.

So I reviewed my purchase and they sent me a 25% off coupon. Just spent more loot on tools.

One of the guys on my team was working from my toolbox last week. I got a good laugh out of it when he said, "you might as well be a Wiha spokesman!"

God bless America.
