Individual to a company/ffl.

USPS site says no. Fedex says no and UPS is kinda confusing.

How to do it ?

Strangely in the past an owner shipping a firearm to the company for warranty work was OK. Some shippers have disallowed or control the practice now, requiring next day air to track very closely.

USPS says no but delivers to FFLs. Look further, the Postmaster may be very underinformed or deliberately obtuse.

IIRC UPS will ship it , but you have to go to a hub. The stores all over town are independent franchises and they can refuse to ship.

UPS Store will refuse to ship.

Their policy is that firearm shipments have to be shipped at a UPS hub.

If you don't have a UPS hub conveniently available, then ShipMyGun is your best option.
