New “Red Flag” gun confiscation law turns deadly in Maryland

A 60 year old man died when police showed up to confiscate his legally owned firearms. A number of states have similar laws on the books; this smacks of Nazi Germany- basically, anyone can make a claim to have your gun rights removed, and the burden of proof that you are competent is on you to get them back. It’s a liberal wet dream.
