FishOn mentioned the vintage Delta Unisaw. Find one of those, put a rolling base under it and it will last, and be useful, for decades.

Rigid 4512 for me. Around $600.00 and can be resold on Craigslist for $350-400 if you find you need something better later on.
Once I learned my part it was good for cabinets, workbenches, and other furniture. My favorite project was a solid oak drop-side crib from the Rockler kit for my first grandchild. This saw had no trouble ripping slats from 8/4 oak.
Get 2 strong friends with gloves to help you set this saw up when new.
Enjoy your shop time.
