Historically, her entire Congressional career she has been in the Top 5 as far as dumbest Congressional Critters with frequent attempts to claim the title. NASA's Johnson Space Center is in the Houston Suburbs so this dullard has inserted herself in Congressional space and science committees and subcommittees. As expected, she's out of her depth causing many gaffes, and the funniest occurred during her 2nd term:
