Two of those three Desperate Dan-isms sound adventuresome. The other....

I'm guessing in the UK 'cow pie' means something quite different than it does here. In the US, a comic-book hero with that dietary preference would, well, TBH words fail me here. But it wouldn't go well. Wink

Red Flag laws come to Toonville. Don't forget: In the eyes of the Left, we're all Fudds.

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

I think you're missing the point.

I watched a couple last night,

I thought they were well done overall,

did seem odd to see Fudd running towards Bugs w nothing his hands,

"If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Winters (1918-2011), E Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne

"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24

Y'see, ENGLISH English imagines a cow-pie as large crusty pie with bits of a cow in it, imagined, by the cartoonist, as a large crusty pie, crimped around the edges, with a pair of cow horns sticking out of it.

In much the same way as 'apple pie' is a pie with apples in it, although 'horse apples' are a euphemism for horse-shit.

What you are referring to would, over here, be called cowshit, and definitely NOT for inclusion in a kids' comic.
