It is indeed a tremendous accomplishment. Good for her. I read All Creatures Great And Small when I was in grade school and decided then that I wanted to be a vet. Unfortunately it wasn't in the cards for me (although a brother, his wife, and two nephews did take that route). As an aside, if she's looking for a job, the vet in my town just retired and we are currently without one. Wow great pic and great work by your niece. My older daughter toured LSU and we got to see Mike as part of the campus tour and were informed that only the top vet school students get to take care of Mike so I know she will do great things as a vet!
