It felt good.
As expected, all the waitstaff and other employees had to wear them, so I guess not 100%.

Anyone else?

The wife and I had dinner at our favorite go-to this evening. A few patrons had masks entering or leaving. Most, including us, did not. The owner and waitstaff were all maskless. It was like old times. Smile

I haven’t seen condiments on the tables or a serve yourself pop machine in use in a year. Felt great to see a glimpse of things so small and taken for granted. I’m more thankful because of the BS of 2020.

Same here. Went into a Fuzzy’s in Granbury at lunch and it was like old times again.

Interesting. We've been eating in our local restaurants without a mask since last summer. I don't even remember the last time I wore a mask in Walmart.

Condiments on table and Culvers has their ketchup pumps going along with the multi flavor self serve drinks, masks generally ignored except by employees. Aldi even has their plastic stick order dividers on the check stand conveyor belt. This is in metro Louisville. Get 50 miles outside of town and masks are rare at the places I go.

Montgomery County, TX has been mask free for a while now, but businesses can/do still require it.

I ONLY wear them to go in and out of places I know I will have an issue then take it off.

I never wear them otherwise.

And while you had your first maskless dinner, I had an AutoZone employee chasing me around the store trying to make me take a mask while I simply dropped off some used oil and then left. The insanity isn't completely gone just yet.

If you want to know what it was like in 2019...Hell, if you want to know what it was like in 1982; Take the 201 exit off of I-30 in East Texas. Turn North, and stop at the Pitt Grill. It’ll be on your right just past the Tex-inn motel.
Masks? What masks? They still have a SMOKING SECTION! And the best grease in 75570, IMO.

We have that here in central Illinois. Booths are separated by plastic, and tables are marked unavailable to keep at least a 6' separation. Restaurant staff all wear masks.

I have worn a mask exactly three times this whole thing started and that's when I had to go to hospitals or clinics for procedures. Some small business around here actually had signs on their doors saying no employees inside are wearing masks. If this bothers you to call the number below and someone will come out to help you. Food places all complied for fear of losing their license but never enforced masks on their customers.

Now you go down to the metro areas that's a whole different story. Not wearing a mask is almost equivelant to wearing a Trump hat.

It's not even close to completely gone. I just flew yesterday and the mask nonsense at the airports and especially on the planes is worse than ever with the new federal mandates. I still don't see an end in sight.

Going back to TX soon to visit my kids. Looking forward to being back in a well-led state, if only for a few days.

Wonder if I'll get hassled in the airport there for not wearing a mask as those are fed-regulated...

Hopefully we return to reality and people will stop recoiling away from each other- particularly someone not wearing a mask.

I've posted before that I will not wear one and will politely leave a business if asked to.

I am so over the fake covid. You got your mail in ballots and all that. Let this bull end.

I have yet to wear a mask at any airport while walking through the terminals. The only time I have to put it on is to board the aircraft or enter the sky club.

I avoid Anchorage, and only the libtard idiots in Anchorage are doing any mask-wearing these days. The rest of Alaska is still the land of the free. We keep pondering the benefits of walling Anchorage off and charging them a toll if they want to leave. They infect the rest of the state with their libtard ways.
