Jallen and i had a few gun transactions over the years..the details took about 2 minutes.
Then we spent what seemed like hour's talking about life.

My grandma told me a long time ago you die the life you lived
Jallen was loved by hundreds of people,and lived a life that will make god smile.

I hope i end up on his cloud.

I am saddened to learn of JALLEN’s passing. His thoughtful contributions to this forum were outstanding. I often saved reading of a JALLEN submission until a quiet time later in the evening when I could give thought and absorb the full meaning of the writings and opinions he offered to the forum.

May he Rest In Peace. He will be missed.

W6OGC is a silent key. Sad to hear it. I'll always remember and will pass on Jim's view that Amateur Radio is a disease..... He is so right. :> Only cure seems to be going SK, unless someone picks up the call for a club.

I'll pay my tribute in the next 2019 NAQP contest series, and use the name JIM in my exchange.....

Prayers for his family and may he rest in peace. Enjoyed reading his posts and seeing the daily, or almost daily, thread he'd start with a news article. Spent a good bit of time reading page after page in this thread, and can agree with all the good that has been said about him, and he will be missed.
