Seems like a good deal...

Check it out at

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/

but youre being overcharged for the MS Office suite though, by about $75 unless you need all the extra apps (Publisher, Access...)

Unless you really NEED MS Office, look into Libre Office. It's freeware, and has essentially the same functionality. It might not be quite as slick, but it will save you a lot of money, and for a home user it's more than enough functionality. I've been using it for several years now.

Eh.

That's a middling computer. Would not be my first pick.

Here's a similarly priced Dell (better than Acer, in my opinion) with more ram, faster processor (11th gen, 6 core i5), and WiFi 6.

This is just an off the shelf Acer desktop is it not?

Acer TC-895-UA91 on Amazon

The base PC is $497 (+tax, but free shipping) on Amazon. The upgrade from Win 10 Home to Pro is $99 and can be done yourself from the PC itself.

What am I missing that you're invoice is $1000+?

Exactly what I was going to say.

The computer per se is not a bad one and at $500 it is a fair deal.
Not at $710
