The Obama administration pursued gun control by stealth in a number of ways, including an effort to reclassify certain types of AR-15 ammunition. Three years ago we filed a Freedom of Information Act request to learn more about this, and last year, with no response, we sued. The Freedom of Information Act needs some teeth. Agencies should have to produce certain documents within a certain time period.Serious sanctions and fines should be written in for non compliance. Stupid question: how is the M855 with a steel penetrating tip not "armor-piercing?" Isn't it supposed to penetrate a steel helmet? I've only used plain old FMJ 55 gr. in my Ruger AR. | |||
