These posts always make me sad. Dogs are the absolute best and life would be much less bearable without them.

Condolences on the loss of your friend. She looks like she had a great life full of love and happiness.

I feel your pain. It killed me when I lost my Shepherd as our bond on the Schutzhund field was as good as it gets. Do what I did, get back on the horse, quickly. I spent 7 days mourning and rescued a Mal. And I only got 7 years with my GSD. You got twice that. Your k9 had a long and beautiful life. Be proud that your dog served you and you served it. My condolences and I hope you get a new pup soon. Their love is irreplaceable.
