First was with an Olight Baton II flashlight. It stopped charging and was dead, I contacted Olight and was sent a label to return it. In 4 days I had a new Baton 4, even before the II was back.

I have used Farmgirl Flowers numerous times, always fresh and the recipients love them. This week I had ordered for my wife's birthday and they were delayed, came two days late. I always by their shipping insurance, $5.25, on a $100 order. Before they were delivered FG contacted me and offered to reship or refund, I chose refund. They came later that day, looked dead, my wife stuck them in a vase and most came back, still look good. Interesting that this was 2 dozen roses, they shipped from Bogata, Columbia! No extras in the box.

Oddly enough the Social Security Administration. Five minute wait time on the phone and from start to finish my SS application completed and approved in under 10 minutes.

I just had to call Maryland EZPass about my toll violations. I was supposed to have pay by plate, but I still racked up $250 in fines. I was able to talk to someone within one minute and she reduced the payment to the actual toll amount of $35. She also changed me from pay by plate to the regular method in which you have a transponder. I was dreading being on the phone for an hour.

Called Medicare at 19:00 hours PST. Excellent service. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easy to understand.

Bought some used EMG pickups on eBay, installed them and they howled like wolves, just horrible hiss and feedback. I called EMG's tech support, confirmed I had my wiring correct. They mailed me a new set to try out, they worked perfectly. I emailed that I'd like to just buy those and asked how to pay. They said to just keep them and mail in the bad ones. Remember, I bought these used on eBay and not from EMG. A few weeks later their tech support boss emailed me that the pickups I mailed them were fakes and asked me to send him the eBay link. Still wouldn't let me pay.

A few mos. later I was building a guitar and wanted to buy a loaded pickguard from EMG. I emailed my contact there, asked how I could buy it such that EMG got the most money out of it. They said they'd have a lady call me for my payment info and sell to me direct. Then she insisted they give me dealer pricing. I still can't believe it.

Home Depot. I went in to get an adjustable beam headlamp. They had a dozen listed as in stock however none were on the shelf. An employee checked the overhead storage and then called the manager. He asked if there was a similar light on the shelf. He showed me another light which was of better quality and twice the price. He gave me the better light for the cost of the lesser.

Rita's Italian Ice. Custard machine had a malfunction and the manager refunded our entire order.

RCBS. I have a turret press. Consistent with my tendency towards klutziness, I broke off the primer feed tube. I wrote an email describing the parts I needed, including photos, and asked about purchasing the replacement parts. I received the replacement parts within a week, no charge.

Let me help you out. Which way did you come in?
