Probably because the origin of "goose/geese" is Germanic and that of "moose" is from Algonquin.

Why is the current temperature and weather conditions given....at the Airport?
Who lives at the Airport?
Because weather is very important in aviation, so a lot of accurate equipment is there. Plus a lot of people know where a major airport is, so it works for a good reference point.

A few guys have been known to live in their RVs at our airport while in the process of divorce.
Some of the fancier hangars have very nice living quarters on the balcony level, but nobody "lives" there (officially) because the airport is not zoned residential. Don't ask, don't tell.

What is the difference between 'partly sunny' and 'partly cloudy'?
This one is easy:
partly sunny == mostly cloudy
partly cloudy == mostly sunny
Has to do with the % of cloud cover.
Might also have something to do with the clock.
I have seen it partly cloudy at night, but I have never seen it partly sunny at night.

bendableif I get a check for 95 million dollars tomorrow,
do a make one trust and hire three people to operate it?
or 14 trusts and hire 14 people to run them ?
( one trust per benefactor)
or do I just give all the money that I am donating away in that first 18 months and hope and prey that it will be doing good?
and never worry another day
