I am headed to SD next week and I always take candy for the kids there and also to put a few in my hunting coat pocket. As the kids grew older, I started taking them shotguns. Candy was cheaper, but not near as much fun.

I was in WalMart today and they already have the Christmas candy out. There were boxes of the 3 pound Zachery chocolates for $9.98 which I consider the best buy. It is even better after Christmas when they mark it down to half price. Smile

Thanks for this thread... I just had a Reese's PB Cup for Breakfast Dessert...

There are 500 pieces of candy hidden in the laundry room... well ... 499 now.

Evil exists. You can not negotiate with, bribe or placate evil. You're not going to be able to have it sit down with Dr. Phil for an anger management session either.

I know this won't be popular but I hate confection peanut butter of any type. I noticed the Reeses Pieces were the last to go in our office giant candy bowl. MMs, snickers, caramel candies all went first. I was strangely satisfied.

I am not much of a chocolate person but the rest of my family are chocolate vampires. PB cups always go first.

Our clock is chiming 8:00 and lucky for us, no trick-or-treaters! Just like the past few years. My incessant snacking on first the Reeces and then the "male" M&Ms (they got nuts) won't be such a bad deal. So tomorrow morning we need to be fighting the crowds at Wally-world for discount candy.
