Just who on the Right called Comey a hero? When he came out at a press conference last July to run his suck, we condemned him for overstepping his bounds. When he "reopened" the Clinton investigation, it is the Left that reversed course on their opinion of him, whereas on the Right, we said "He's still an untrustworthy and self-serving liar" and we have been consistent in maintaining this opinion.

The reversals of which you speak- you're saying this to the wrong group, because we're not guilty of it. Say that stuff to the hypocritical Leftists.

James Comey is an interesting individual. He appears to be trying to set himself up for some type of political office.

He has made several miss-steps during the Presidential elections that have hurt him. People like him don't have the courage to "say what you mean and mean what you say".

What he's managed to do is to alienate every American who has a triple digit IQ, no matter what their political leanings. If he's bucking for some political office, he's damn clumsy at it.

So Comey won't recommend charges against Huma because he finds no criminal intent in her action of forwarding classified information to her pedophile husbands computer. She did this as a matter of course for him to print out for her because her boss bitch Clinton liked to read her information on printed paper?!?!

What kind of fucking nonsense is this? Why is Trump allowing this jackal to remain in power?
There clearly will be no swamp draining while Comey is in control of the FBI and Trump seems to have no inclination to remove him.

quote:
Comey confirmed the FBI investigated Abedin, but concluded she did nothing criminally wrong.

“With respect to Ms. Abedin in particular we didn’t have any indication that she had a sense what she was doing was in violation of the law – couldn’t prove any criminal intent,” he told the Senators.

More proof that the government is in the hands of criminals. They will not prosecute their own. On the other hand if you are not in their club, they will lock you up and steal your property if they so desire.

And why is the New Justice Department allowing Comey to decide whether to prosecute or not?

I still think the FBI's role is to present evidence to the Justice Department who would make that decision.

Here's the only sense I can make of Comey. He is a self-serving careerist, above all. And he's corrupt. You put those two things together, and you wind up with all the dodging, wheedling, lying, obfuscating and general dishonesty that he has paraded. This is a man trying to untangle the tangled web he has weaved.

Comey has said repeatedly that the law was broken - that's not even in question. There is no legal way for classified information to be on an unsecured system. The only question has been why didn't he prosecute and his answer has been something along the lines of it's not a serious crime unless it's a felony and it's not a crime unless you meant to commit it.

I'm sure the federal prison system is full of people serving time who would dispute his view.

I'd like to see what would happen if I, knowing nothing of the law, and with no criminal intent, cut down the barrel of my shotgun to 12", and was caught by LE. Just what would happen to me if I said, "There is a law about this? Officer, I had no idea at all." Anybody have any doubts about what would happen to me?

Ignorance is no excuse.

Isn't that what the law has always told us?

Why would it be any different now?

Oh yeah... two tiered justice system.

I've recommended this book previously several times, but for anyone who doubts the veracity of the statement quoted above, reading Three Felonies a Day: How the Feds Target the Innocent by Harvey Silverglate should allay those doubts.

That excuse that Comey put forth was the biggest load of horse shit I've heard out of our government since Obama left.

Do you meant to tell me that Huma was either too busy or too stupid to print her on damn emails? Or that by some quirky IT failure she had no connection to a printer SPECIFICALLY designated for printing Classified material?

I'm supposed to believe that the Traveling Chief of Staff in the Clinton Campaign, educated at George Washington University was incapable of printing a document by herself in this day and age, or be blissfully unaware of the rules regarding the transfer of classified information?

Mr. Comey you are unfit for office and need to be replaced immediately.

If Comey isn't soon unemployed, there is a problem.

I think Sheriff Clarke would make a good Director.

That sums it up. And it shows real contempt for American citizens and for the rule of law that Comey arrogantly dishes out this horseshit and expects us to eat it.
