Look for these these in the freezer section of your grocery store. Good stuff! Just stick 'em in the air fryer for 17 minutes, put them on a sandwich roll, and Bob's Your Uncle.

Definitely in the same ballpark as Popeye's or Chick-Fil-A, and they're as close as your freezer. Saves time and gas.

What temperature?

What temperature?
360° F per instructions on the back of the package.

Probably not critical, as they are already fully cooked.

Just bought a bag of these as well as a bag of the tenders. I eat a lot of salads and look forward to adding some to my salads as well as the obligatory sandwich!

The local Publix grocery stores carry two product lines of this brand:
  • In the freezer section, they have the heat-and-eat stuff like this. Filets, tenders, and nuggets, in spicy and non-spicy.

  • In the meat department, they have raw chicken in this brand. Packages of breasts, thighs, etc. I haven't noticed any difference between these, the store brand, and the nationally known brands (Tilson, Perdue, etc.), so I just buy by price.

Great tip! Our Aldi gets $7.99 for 24oz pkg chicken filets (I've opened 2 bags since thread start, one had 6 filets, one 7), $3.99 6 pak Brioche buns. Mix the mayo and bbq sauce 50/50 to make a sauce that is very similar to chic filet sauce. I use air fryer at 400 for 20 minutes turning over after 10. Very Good!
