If you aren’t interested in keeping the property maybe donate it to the local outlaw motorcycle gang to build a clubhouse on? Razz

But seriously, people like these are what I call Free Therapy, you just feel good about yourself simply because you’re not them.

I’m gonna move my camper to my brothers property next to mine tomorrow. It already has camper hookups readily available.

I’ll spend a little money outfitting the camper for the winter, put some insulation under it.

I’ll also rent a dumpster to clean up my property and demo the single wife that’s there. I’d been planning on putting a little handy house on it and keeping it for a winter/hunting property once I retire so that’s what I’ll do for now.

Wouldn’t mind cleaning it up enough to rent out while I finish out my time in the Navy. Won’t be much for a location but it’ll at least be occupied and making a little money.

10 years to retirement! Just waiting!

In some places that is kinda frowned upon! Smile

In all seriousness, I know you are going thru some shit right now. Just know that there are people out here pulling for you.

Very sorry to hear about your Dad! This reminded me of when I was a Deputy Coroner a few years ago. I got called to a death(expected) in a private residence. On my arrival, a city police officer was inside with the family and could not come out to meet me, nor could I enter due to a refrigerator being stuck in the doorway. One of the family members decided they wanted the fridge. The deceased was only dead for approx 20 minutes and still warm. So, hearing your story does not suprise me one bit.
