We had a Highlander and went to look at the new ones; nope...got smaller inside, uglier outside and more expensive. I wanted to trade my Accord in on a Pilot or Passport but they're really not very good content-wise or styling for what they cost. We ended up getting a '22 KIA Telluride SX-Prestige and have been VERY happy with it. I can't imagine having the Pilot or Passport after living with this thing for 9k miles now.

2017 pilot ex-l here. Purchased ex-l (with 6 speed) to avoid 9 speed transmission that everyone has had issues with (Honda, Jeeps, etc.). No Nannie’s on my Pilot. 51k miles no issues.

The passport was not available in 2017 or I would have considered that model.

I’m happy with my Pilot. The car is a comfortable freeway cruiser, quiet, decent ride. It is not not an agile, sporty ride.

Note reviews have stated that the Passport has a stiffer ride that the Pilot. Also implied that th3 Passport is more capable off road.

For the price of a mid-grade Passport you can buy a mid-grade Acura RDX. Big upgrade.
