Do you use ground veal? Pork? Or just beef? Anchovy filets or paste? Garlic? Cream? What kind of tomato? So many variables ... הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים

Funny, I'm going to make mine this Sunday. Ground beef and pork. Onion, celery, carrots. No garlic. Yes, canned tomatoes, some paste. Chicken or beef stock, I use white wine instead of red. Milk or 1/2 &1/2. No basil, oregano, etc, only Italian parsley. Salt, pepper. Important- it needs to slowly simmer for 3-4 hours. I have loosely used this recipe several times. I think it's very good. I make this in the winter so I have only used canned tomatoes. I use beef, and the leftover odds and ends from the bacon we make every year instead of pancetta. I use whatever pasta we have in the pantry, rigatoni the last time. Oh, I forgot pancetta or bacon in a pinch. "I’m not going to read Time Magazine, I’m not going to read Newsweek, I’m not going to read any of these magazines; I mean, because they have too much to lose by printing the truth"- Bob Dylan, 1965
