Mrs Sig Marine wanted me to make her a "tasty" snack, so I did a little research and make her these bad boys...everything bagel chips.

And damn they are good!!!

Classic Plum Crumble I was given large bag of plums at their peak ripeness. I had no idea what I was gonna do with them all. I found a rather unusual recipe, to me. It requires you to layer shortbread, on a baking sheet with parchment paper. top with that layer with your fruit, add an additional layer of shortbread crumbs, and bake. With most everything I bake, I give the majority of it away to friends and Neighbors.
You can substitute any fruit beyond plums, but the plums were an excellent choice.
