Best blood pressure monitor
Can anyone recommend a good, reliable blood pressure monitor for me? Wrist type, or standard upper arm cuff doesn’t matter but accuracy does. Tks…

Omron makes some of the best.

I have a BP791IT.

I think it’s now the M3 version. Or the 7 series. The options vary.

My doctor recommended the Omron. Mine has worked reliably for nearly four years.

Omrom at the $60 to $70 works well for me. Doc recommended.

I also have an Onmron model. Guess its going on 8 years old now. Its the full cuff upper arm model.
Guess its now dated as all the doctors offices seem to use the wrist models.

I have the Withings BPM Connect. It rates high like the Omron, dumps data to the phone.

Omron M3.
I did some IT work for my doctor at his home - he had one of these laying around, so I guess if it is good enough for him them good enough for me.
FWIW the wrist ones are terrible for accuracy.

Omron BP7200 here, it's been the best one I've had.

Omron B786N. It talks to my iPhone.

Never seen doctor's office or hospital use the wrist model

Another vote for Omron. I have used model BP629 (now out of production?) for maybe 7 years and it's still working.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I did have an OMRON 629 for several years but crapped out last year. Time to upgrade… I’ll research what has been recommended. Appreciate the info!

Omron is on the more reliable end but A&D diagnostics is equally good. Omron USED to be made in Japan, no longer... If you can find an older 1980's omron they were Made in Japan the highest quality ever made

I have an Omron wrist model and it works fine. My doctors either use Omron machines or do it manually with a stethoscope.

None work for my arm. I had to get a full size Welch Allyn and use the right cuff but that means someone else has to take it.

Omron is what my doc recommended. When I went to buy, I read only mediocre reviews. Based on best reviews, I bought a Lazle.

I’ve had an Omron cuff model for a couple of years. Took it to the Dr’s when I first got it to compare with his which happened to be an Omron. They agreed with each other, so it’s good to go with me.

I have to take my mom's bp, and her doctor recommended Omron, so I got the 3 Series.

Mom had a stroke a couple of weeks ago, and the physical therapist recently came by. He asked if I checked her bp. I showed him the monitor, and he said, "Oh, that's what I use."
