| I expect California authorities will soon monitor California license plates at Colorado river side Arizona gun stores and bust 'em when they cross over into Kommyfornia. Should be interesting days ahead.

Secondly, what about reloads?
Reloading and components are not affected. Not sure about visitors from out of state. However those attending matches are allowed to bring in ammo, but they have to bring proof of entry into the match.

| Another reason they did this: They were pissed that they couldn't collect sales tax on ammo purchased via the Internet from out of state vendors.
Serious about crackers. |

Vendors won't ship to a CA address unless it's a FFL. CA residents can get ammo that way, but the FFLs charge $100 per transaction. And the buyer will have to pay CA sales tax.

Get Off My Lawn

| I have stopped caring about CA because the insanity will not stop whatsoever. It absolutely never will. In four weeks, I'm gone, and could give a shit about CA anymore. And this ammo shit is just the beginning. Look for more stringent laws to come down the pipe in the next 5 years, guaranteed. Believe it or not, the state will be more leftist, more radical than it has ever been.

That would seem to be pretty obvious to those of us who haven't bought ammo in years. Then there is the panic that the prices of reloading components will start climbing again. Personally I think it will be a lot like the AR panic. A lot of folks will jump into reloading, try it a couple of times, and then offload it into the market at a loss. Looking forward to some killer deals on reloading equipment

| Just smuggle the ammo in with the illegals and you won't have to worry about getting caught. |

$$$ But, seriously, if all American ammo companies stopped, they'd just buy from furriners. Right?

Conservative Behind Enemy Lines

| Thanks Steve. There is no reasoning with people who vote Democrat here. If you succeed in making the point unavoidable, they won't re-think their position - no, they'll just hate you for it. It is an intentional ignorance.
Of all the enemies the American citizen faces, the Democrat Party is the very worst. |
