DrDanIndependence Day BBQ (c'mon post 'em up!)
Had thunderstorms this afternoon, so I quickly threw together a simple frame and tarp to protect the Traeger:
Here is the Boston butt coming off the grill, note it was so tender it fell apart trying to move to the pan:
After it was pulled:
Mated with corn on the cob and grilled potatoes.

arfmelGrilled some darn good cheeseburgers and Prasek’s Hillje smoked link sausage, consumed with tater salad and the everpresent guacamole and chips, for Independence Day. Followed by German chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream for desert. I turned 61 today. You’d think by now I would have learned better than to eat so much.

TKOThe standard stuff yesterday - though I had made up two new BBQ sauces yesterday. I tried both on the racks and they came out good.
The Caribbean version is a bit too sweet so Ill tone that down for the next batch.
Edited for size... cuz holy cow imgur...
