Smoked this 8lb Boston Butt on the Joe. Smoked it at 275º for 8 hours, then let it rest wrapped in foil overnight in the crockpot set on warm. Gotta feed a few people up at SC's place!

4.4 lb Turkey breast on the Kamado Joe @225 as we speak. I didn’t brine it as I wanted to see how well this new Joe does!! I wish I would have bought one years ago!!
