What led to this behavior becoming commonplace?

Or was it commonplace but now is more visible due to the proliferation of video cameras in mobile phones?

We have had shootings at them around here. This is why normal people don't set foot in them.

Was Captain Save-A-Hoe who swooped in at the end an employee or, a substitute father?

Regarding weaves that end up on the floor, do they get recycled in the prize bin?
