In Buffalo, NY. No idea the what triggered this brawl, but it causes me to ask a few questions. Hardly a week goes by without footage of a full-on riot in a restaurant or shop. What led to this behavior becoming commonplace? Or was it commonplace but now is more visible due to the proliferation of video cameras in mobile phones?
