Riazul another favorite with the vanilla notes similar to dj42.

I don't usually drink tequila but if offered something nice it would be sipped out of appropriate glassware.

Margaritas are like shooting a Glock. it gets the job done but meh...

The Mexicans usually sip from tall shot glasses known as caballitos, but a good tequila is worthy of a snifter. Room temperature, neat or with the veeery lightest of splashes (preferably neat), unless you hate yourself or don't actually like what you're drinking.

I don't know, done right, with fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and great orange liqueur, a margarita can be really delicious.

The margarita's Brazilian cousin, the caipirinha, is also great.

I wouldn't make either with a $100 liquor.

In excess. Knee-crawling, lamppost-hugging excess.

So you can truthfully claim to have gotten knee-crawling, lamppost-hugging drunk on tequila without getting a hangover.

Room Temperature, Neat in a small snifter, or even a shot glass. Sipped, along side a glass of Sangrita!
