It's has been common practice for a while now since Para "requested" that members not rush to break such news in order to cut down on the wild speculation that typically occurs in the immediate aftermath of such events.

AeteoclesNo separate thread with rules will be made in the foreseeable future. Para likes the rules to be "organic." Those who participate will learn from others, those who haven't learned will watch before participating. It's like social etiquette--there's no rulebook on how to be polite, you just learn.
There was a thread not too long ago, where people started listing out many of the rules to make the point that there *are* rules here, but by its nature it's not comprehensive or official.
