With the recent events, has anyone heard from him?

I know he is a huge Ariana Grande fan.

He does not, if I remember correctly, live in Manchester.

England isn't all that big, but that would be an odd coincidence.

It's has been common practice for a while now since Para "requested" that members not rush to break such news in order to cut down on the wild speculation that typically occurs in the immediate aftermath of such events.

That and the dozens of threads made by people trying to break the story here, 9 hours after it broke the first four times.

This is why I never start any threads anymore. I can't keep up with these "verbal" rules.
I assume a separate thread containing these rules has been discussed?

No separate thread with rules will be made in the foreseeable future. Para likes the rules to be "organic." Those who participate will learn from others, those who haven't learned will watch before participating. It's like social etiquette--there's no rulebook on how to be polite, you just learn.

There was a thread not too long ago, where people started listing out many of the rules to make the point that there *are* rules here, but by its nature it's not comprehensive or official.
