Okay this is getting a little ridiculous it's only the first week of may and already it's to hot even for central Florida. I can't believe it's this hot, maybe it is time for a new weather station.

So far 0 inches of rain today.

We are to hit triple digits in the next 2-3 day! Too early, but so be it.

It is not overly hot in the Rockies yet but is as dry as I have ever seen it. There was virtually zero winter this winter. No snow at all, none. This summer could be a disastrous fire season. I am not looking forward to the next four months

I'm betting on it.

I've got a transplant from WA who built a house next to my property. I've got a few slash piles that I need to burn and he is concerned about the smoke as he has some respiratory issues. I told him to just wait until July/August when the valley is socked in with smoke for weeks at a time.

The upside is that there'll be a bumper crop of morels next year.

It's glorious here in middle Tennessee! Highs for the next 10 days run to 81 or 82, Lowes in the 50's.
Humidity will run around 80 to 85%.

High 80s to low 90s for the next week's highs, and low 70s to high 60s at night in my part of Florida.

I like it when it gets to the mid-90s during the day. Couple-three more weeks before we get there.

Figured I'd replace the struts on the minivan today. It's so hot I only got one done this morning. I'll get the other one done this afternoon when the minivan is in the shade again.

59F in Pacifica. Supposedly hot all around us. Winds off the ocean set to blow 30mph with heavy fog.

Wife wants to ride the coast in HMB on bikes today. Brrrrr!
