Anyone receive mail requesting information?

Wanting to know if children (age 20 or younger) are in the household.
If not, you're basically done.
If so, they want you to answer further questions on ONE child.

I don't know, but I can say I've never heard of it before. There's the normal census for years ending in 0, and an "American Community Survey." The "respond" part of the URL doesn't seem right (I'm not clicking on it) and that is an oddly specific question. Your only constitutional duty to respond is to the first one, and then only with "X number of people live here.".
